Dear players!

When upgrading Windows 10 to versions of Creators Update (1703) and Fall Creators Update (1709), the problem with controlling the camera with the mouse cursor appears in the game. The problem lies in the operating system itself and its solutions for a client version lower than 5.6 does not exist. When studying the information it was found out that the compatibility problems during the update appear not only with the Aion client, but also with a number of other games and applications.

Our recommendations at the moment:

Do not upgrade Windows 10 to versions 1703 and 1709;
If you still updated to the above versions, then you need to roll back the update. If the rollback is not possible, or if the problem is rolled back, problems persist, perform a clean installation of Windows earlier version. The latest stable version of Windows 10 is 1607.

Also, the solution to the problem is to reinstall the main system on Windows 7 (where there is no such problem), or to install Windows 7 as the second operating system for the game.

For a clean installation of Windows version 1607 and below, it is recommended that you temporarily disconnect the Internet connection so that the update can not automatically boot during installation.

How to roll back the Update Creators Update:
Start - Settings - Update and Security - Restore - Go back to the previous version of Windows 10.

If you can not figure out how to turn off the update or any other problem with starting the game on your operating system, then, as always, you can write to the employee in the group server messages, specifying the problem (https://www.facebook.com/spiritaion), the employee will try to help you deal with the problem.

Spirit Aion Administration.
